Just in, some pictures from Rehboth

Coming up on Zara's 2nd birthday....

...things coming full circle.  We've had some wonderful visitors just prior to her birthday.Yanet who cared for Zara while I worked at the Palm came over to see her.  Hoyt returned from Thess, Greece and before departing for his new post in Kabul, made a special visit to see Zaza.  Zaza spent the evening strumming her guitar singing happy birthday to us- like a miniature wandering minstrel.
Uncle Tommy takes Zara out for Pizza and ice cream before going to Parris Island for marine boot camp, Best wishes Tommy.

YIPPEEE two weeks at the beach on Silver Lake

Before and After shots of the Deck

After cutting down the fir trees i planted 8 years ago, i thought the deck looked entirely different, but when the addition was completed it was an incredible transformation.

John & Gerard, x Palm servers who worked with me, opened up a Deli/Liquor/ gas station in Point of Rocks, MD.  We went to see their new place; bought gas for 2.56 cheapest around, and Zara had an icecream on the house!
We also had a blast going to see Tom & Ainur and Nooka in their NEW home!  Congrats to them, and thank you Nooka for letting Zara invade your new turf!

Aunt 'Ne and Uncky Greg's house

We drove out to Uncky Greg and Aunt 'Ne's house on friday evening, the day before departing to Rehoboth for two weeks, to make sure we saw the COUSINS!  The ever perfect hosts Zaza munched on all sorts of treats and snacks offered by Greg and Renee and she played with Jack & Tommy- the time of her life!
She ripped open her early birthday presents from Aunt Eileen; two Dr Suess's books and fabulous hairbands as well!  We had extra special hot dogs from NJ, and we really had loads of fun just being together.

Newly engaged visitors

A sushi BBQ on the deck with Vanessa and Franck!  Matt cut one of my fir trees down to make room for our new lower tiered deck.  It looked great and the evening was spectacular, breezy cooler and not a mosquito to be found.  You DO know that DC's state bird is the mosquito!

A visit to the Airport

Here is my first Rich moment! It was so nice seeing Galina happy with Rich on their way to see the US PGA Open in NY.

Zaza and Stella visiting her new home

Super busy Sunday!  We got to see Katie and Galina in one day!
